All you need to participate in our plan is pay a reasonable one time per year annual fee of $300 for the first family member and $250 for additional family members. This grants you access to all of our services at an amazing discount. New patients to the discount plan will be entitle to a full mouth set of x-rays during their first hygiene visit.
